Our Partners

The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF)

The HRF has been our major funding partner since August 2018. The support provided has enabled the Association to introduce and maintain a Volunteer program at the Modbury Hospital in addition to supporting the existing volunteer program at the Lyell McEwin Hospital. Through the Foundation’s support the Association has been able to introduce new programs that add value to patient care including the Comfort care Program and motorised wheelchair program.

The Association values the Foundation’s ongoing contribution and support, without this it would be difficult for the Association to maintain the high level of service throughout NALHN. We thank Paul and the team for their continuing support and look forward to a long and productive partnership

Bunnings - Munno Para West

Bunnings have been very supportive and a key reason for the Association’s BBQ Team raising considerable funds over the last 12 months. LMVA have been fortunate in securing weekly BBQs at the Munno Para West Bunnings site (prior to COVID-19). Bunnings have also supported the Association’s Raffle Fundraising Team through donations that have been major components of raffles, particularly the 2019 Christmas raffle. At the onset of COVID-19, Bunnings donated $1,000 of vouchers in lieu of the BBQ dates that could not continue due to the virus restrictions

The Association’s partnership with Bunnings is high regarded by all LMVA members and we look forward to a continuing relationship in the ensuing years

BankSA

BankSA has been a long term supporter of the Association. In 2016, BankSA launched a program that offers our supporters the opportunity to secure a competitive home loan whilst supporting the Association through a sponsorship arrangement with BankSA. For every home loan taken out by someone mentioning they support the Lyell McEwin Volunteer Association, BankSA donates 0.04% of the value of the home loan to the Association. You do not have to be a LMVA volunteer or NALHN staff member. It may be a family member or friend.

This is a great community program offered by BankSA that is a win/win for the person taking out the home loan and the Association.
